BASS Coast Shire
Council has announced
that it has achieved over
$300,000 in efficiencies
for the second quarter
of 2015/16, with the sav-
ings presented in a quar-
terly report at the Febru-
ary meeting of council.
The efficiencies fol-
low savings of $345,000
made in the first quarter
of 2015/16, with Coun-
cil’s full time equivalent
staff also reduced by five
in the first half of the fi-

Health, resulted in ef-
ficiencies of $240,000
and $60,000 respective -
ly, Mr Buckley said.
