Ride to school day
1 min read

Last Friday, Cowes Primary School celebrated National Ride 2 School Day with an incredible turnout of students who rode, skated, or scooted to school.

The event saw a large number of students participating in the active commute, and it was great to see so many students and families enjoying an active and safe travel to school.

The event was a fantastic community event, with many parents, teachers and community members coming together to support the students.

The Phillip Island Bicycle Users Group (BUG) played an important role in the event by assisting students in riding safely to school. The school said the support from BUG was greatly appreciated, and it helped to make the event a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Additionally, Cowes Primary School would like to thank Coles for supplying fresh fruit for the students.

This healthy treat was a wonderful way to start the day and helped to fuel the students for their busy day of learning.
