A Cool World at Phillip Island Winery

Phillip Island Winery is the setting for a unique musical experience on November 20.

Renowned Australian singer-songwriter, musician and producer Ross Wilson is bringing his Cool World tour to the island, with special guests The Badloves and King Canyon.

Many Australians have enjoyed countless years of Ross Wilson’s live music events, including Daddy Cool and Mondo Rock.

The Cool World tour is headlined by Ross Wilson & the Peaceniks, who will be celebrating 50 years of Eagle Rock and performing all the hits from Daddy Cool and Mondo Rock that have become the playlist of our lives. Eagle Rock, Come Said the Boy, Chemistry, Come Back Again, Cool World …

Iconic Australian band The Badloves deliver a full set of hits including Green Limousine, Lost, The Weight, Caroline, Memphis, Barefoot Bride and their latest singles Tribal and Midnight Sun.

Opening the show is Melbourne blues/rock outfit King Canyon. Since forming in 2020 the band has already released seven singles which have all been embraced by radio, with their latest single Gravity entering the independent charts.

The Ross Wilson Cool World tour have partnered with Green Music Australia – implementing sections of their Green Artist Guide, Sound Country, for their upcoming shows.

What will be different? Performances will be at regional wineries, with a cap of only 500 people per event and held during the day to lessen the need for lighting and electricity demand.

Band members are travelling to and from the venues by electric cars, kindly donated (whenever possible) by The Good Car Company, an affordable electric car company.

Wineries are enthusiastically embracing this cause and will provide water refill stations, therefore not selling plastic water bottles, and will be using local providores to supply food etc.

The tour will donate $2 from each ticket sale to Green Music, as well as $1 per ticket sale to Support Act. This commitment will continue for future Ross Wilson Cool Music events too.

Come and enjoy an intimate afternoon of classic hits, wine, beer, cider and food with oz rock royalty set amongst the glorious vines at the Phillip Island Winery.

Tickets on sale now through Ticketebo an environmentally friendly, carbon neutral ticketing service. Phillip Island Winery, Sunday November 20, 12.30pm – 6.30pm.
