Phillip Island A Grade pulled off a five-goal win over Warragul in what can be described as an arm wrestle of a game.
The girls burst out of the gates, however Warragul quickly reminded everyone they weren’t just there for the scenery.
The lead bounced back and forth through the second and third quarters like a netball with a mind of its own.
In the final quarter, Phillip Island grabbed the lead and hid it like treasure.
Jac was a defensive menace, making Warragul shooters nervous, while Maddie shot with accuracy and held strong like a champ under the post.
