Council has announced it is hosting an engaging breakfast session on how to attract and retain staff, at the RACV Resort.
Attracting and retaining staff has been a common theme of discussion over the past few years and one that is still happening with local business owners crying out for quality workers.
Bass Coast Shire Council has announced it is hosting an engaging breakfast session with leading employment expert Catherine Bell who will give a keynote address on how to attract and retain staff.
The event on October 10 is at the RACV Resort in Inverloch, from 7am – 9.30am.
“We encourage local business owners and managers to join us at this event for breakfast, networking and exploring how to think creatively about recruitment and retention,” a council spokesperson said.
Catherine Bell's work focuses on building leadership strength and enhancing staff capability, drawing on more than 20 years of experience and a passion for helping people shine.
Catherine specialises in emotional intelligence, leadership, resilience and team motivation.
Bass Coast Shire Council is subsidising the cost of this forum, so tickets start from just $17.
