Aldred wins: finally a result for Monash
Liberal candidate Mary Aldred takes the seat of Monash, after a week of counting by the AEC. The win represents a small swing (1.4 per cent) to the Liberals in the seat, bucking the national trend, which saw at 2.6 per cent swing to the ALP.
