Alison Lester visits Cowes

Award-winning children's author and illustrator Alison Lester visited Cowes last week for a talk and book signing.

More than 50 parents and children lined up for the signing at Berninneit, for the popular author who has produced more than 50 books.

An exhibition of Alison's original illustrations from her 2004 book "Are We There Yet?" - on tour from the Gippsland Art Gallery collection - is at Berninneit until May 25.
