Bass Coast Shire Council cannot confirm when the new arts hub in Settlement Road will be operational. The arts hub will be located in the current CFA building and will house Boomerang Bags, Artists Society of Philip Island, Phillip Island Art and Craft Gallery and Phillip Island Contemporary Exhibition Space.
