Bass Coast birthday bash fined

Three people were fined in Bass Coast for breaching lockdown restrictions, according to the police statistics released today.

A male and two females were fined for having a birthday party in a short term rental property, which had been rented by the man's parents.

The incident was one of 100 fines issued in the past 24 hours to individuals for breaching the Chief Health Officer's directions.

This included 22 for failing to wear a mask, 31 at vehicle checkpoints and 30 for curfew breaches.
