Booking hitch with Wonthaggi vaccination clinic
Technical issues with the phone booking line means the local booking system is not yet operating.
Bass Coast Health has advised that due to a technical hitch with the booking phone line, it's currently not possible to book in at the Wonthaggi Vaccination Clinic which is due to open on Monday, May 24.
"Unfortunately the government coronavirus hotline has been inundated for bookings, but they haven't got our booking system up and running," a spokesperson said.
"The Latrobe Public Health Unit is working with the Victorian Government to fix the technical issues in the next 24 hours, so we are recommending booking from Friday."
From Friday, May 21 bookings should be available by calling 1800 675 398.
