Boys home's planning history: a snapshot
The 2010 permit approved by VCAT includes: 21 lot subdivision, 10 dwellings, part demolition and alteration of an existing heritage building, including conversion of the heritage building into six residential apartments with ancillary garages, and vegetation removal. The developer now wants to keep all original 1928 buildings and reduce the subdivision.
