Drivers appear to have been caught unawares up traffic changes in Chapel and Church streets.

Bumpy road to Cowes east speed changes
The speed humps in Chapel Street were painted on Monday morning. The TAC funded project designed to improve pedestrian safety includes installing three raised pedestrian crossings, nine street humps and one raised intersection in Chapel and Church streets.
