Her.Spa has a new lease of life, with new owners and new management for the popular beauty spa with premises in Cowes and San Remo.
When the previous owner liquidated the business on October 17, clients were devastated to think the high-quality services would disappear.
Fortunately local business people who own Island Bay Ranch, stepped up to help keep the doors of the luxurious salons open and purchased the business, retaining the exceptional staff.
They were the biggest creditors in the old business, but said their faith in the services and products of Her.Spa was the motivation behind their decision to invest and subsequently buy it.
Ingrid Langford said “this has been an extremely stressful event for all concerned: Investors, clients and staff.
“We decided to buy the business because we believe in it and will invest further in services, staff and equipment.
“This is a great team who showed us during this process how committed and eager they are for success.”
She also said she was overwhelmed by the number of people and local businesses offering their support.
Clients of the salons can breathe a sigh of relief, with both the Cowes and San Remo premises operating as usual.

In a show of good will and commitment, the new owners will honour 50 per cent of the value of vouchers purchased before the October 17 liquidation. Clients are advised to contact the salons to discuss their options.
All vouchers purchased since October 17 will be honoured in full.

While there are big changes behind the scenes, what hasn’t changed is the quality of the services and treatments offered by the fully qualified staff at Her.Skin and Day Spa.

Services at the day spa in Cowes include: spa treatments such as luxury facials, massages, body treatments and beauty treatments consisting of brows, lashes and waxing. Additional enhancements include infrared sauna, bathing and LED light therapy.
San Remo Skin Spa provides a more clinical approach with services including clinical facials, beauty treatments such as brows, lashes and hair removal (inclusive of waxing and laser), skin needling, non-surgical laser, skin tightening, pigment removal and skin rejuvenation.
Both locations showcase a variety of skin care products available to purchase under the guidance of knowledgeable therapists.
