A purchaser of Holiday Lifestyle Cowes has raised concerns which come under building and consumer laws and they say, highlight ambiguities in regulations for dwellings built in caravan parks. Dwellings in caravan parks are defined as movable; that is they are required to be installed and removed from a site within 24 hours.
