Last week’s fundraising trivia night held by Island Voice at the Phillip Island RSL was a great success.
The night raised money to help fund the end of year Christmas Carols by Candlelight event, complete with free pre-entertainment for all the kids.
The sum of $2300 was raised which will be a great help, said Island Voice president, when announcing the tally this week.
Donations and sponsorship toward this hugely popular and free annual community event, which concludes with a magnificent fireworks display, underwritten by the Bass Coast Shire, would be much appreciated by Island Voice.
