Celebrating 100 days of learning
Preps Lizzie, Luca, Byron and Rusty celebrate their first 100 days at Cowes Primary School with a 100-year-old dress up.

Cowes Primary Prep students celebrated 100 days of learning with a dress up day.

The Prep children and teachers dressed up as 100-year olds. The children showcased their outfits in the new school gym, accompanied by old fashioned music.

Parents, families and Cowes Primary students enjoyed the entertainment. The Prep children loved the parade and getting into character.

Principal Rod McKenzie made a grand appearance in a wheelchair, getting into the spirt of the dress up.

Throughout the day, the children were involved in many fun activities, and it was evident there are some budding actors and actresses who stayed in character all day.

The highlight for all was the parade held in the new gym. This was the first parade the school had in the gym and there was an absolute buzz that went along with it. The space, the sound system and the abundant room was very well received by the school community.

It was fantastic to see parents, teachers and students celebrate in style!

A good ol’ time was enjoyed by all!
