Christmas tree gift for ELC

The tree is up and decorated at the Phillip Island Early Learning Centre, but it was two special trees that really brought the Christmas spirit.

The Phillip Island Scouts donated two Christmas trees to the centre, to give to families in need.

Centre coordinator Karen Treppo said the trees were given to two families that had experienced a tough year, “just to spread a little joy”.

She said both families were extremely appreciative and wanted to thank the Scouts for the kind gesture.
