Colourful stance against domestic violence

ne in four Australian women has experienced domestic violence. The Phillip Island Community and Learning Centre (PICAL) last week hosted a community Walk Against Domestic Violence as part of the annual 16-Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence.

Last week, more than 40 people took to the streets of Cowes in a community Walk Against Domestic Violence. The walk, organised by PICAL, was held during the annual United Nations 16-Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence – a global campaign dedicated to ending violence against women and children.
