Last Friday night’s PICAL trivia night was a huge success, with a large section of the community turning out in force to support the PICAL organisation’s trivia fundraiser.
PICAL President Jeff Floyd described the event, held at the Phillip Island Golf Club, as not just a fundraiser but a community celebration of everything that PICAL stands for.
“It was just wonderful to see the community turn out for PICAL,” Mr Flloyd said.
He made special mention to the army of wonderful volunteers who worked so hard to put this very successful event together.
He also gave special thanks to the many businesses and individuals across the island and Bass Coast that contributed so generously with items for the charity auction.
The night is expected to have raised in excess of $10,000, which will assist PICAL with its operation.
