There are smiles and laughter when a special staff member at Phillip Island Chocolate Factory serves customers in the busy attraction’s café.

The Chocolate Factory’s resident robot glided out to serve up sweet treats to Emily, Cathy and George Nassios who were visiting from Clifton Hill last week, with help from staff member Rowena Stedman.
