Council rallies in support of neighbourhood houses
Cr Mat Morgan successfully moved a motion at the November meeting that council write to Carers and Volunteers Minister Ros Spence calling on the State Government to restore funding of neighbourhood houses to historical levels, with a 25 per cent funding increase, from $300,000 to $500,000 per year.
