Cowes Fisheries office now won't close; staff future uncertain
Phillip Island resident Kevin Brown worked 40 years in Fisheries, including more than a decade as Victoria's Chief Fisheries Officer. He welcomed the decision to now keep the Cowes Fisheries office open, but was highly critical of the four local staff members having to reapply for their jobs through an Expression of Interest.
