Cowes hotel development goes to VCAT

The developers of proposed five-storey, $12 million hotel in Cowes appealing at VCAT, after councillors last year rejected it.

The proposal for a 46-room hotel with indoor pool, gym and dining rooms, 11 apartments and six new shops was rejected by council and will now go to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
