Cheryl, Cowes: "I’m looking at the plans and concerned about the elderly population. The 15-minute parking in Thompson Avenue is probably not long enough to go to the bank or the chemist. We got used to The Esplanade one way in summer so we’ll get used to this and going one way uphill probably means people won’t be distracted by the view to the water.”
