Join Alison for a gentle, practical session on how to organise essential medical and personal information so it can be easily found in an emergency or during palliative care.
You'll learn what belongs in a Life Box, why visibility matters, and how this simple system can reduce stress for families, carers, paramedics, and support workers.
The first 15 people to book will receive their own Life Box to take home.
A relaxed morning tea is included, and everyone is welcome - carers, families, seniors, community members, and anyone wanting to feel more prepared and supported.
The Life Box information session will be at the Phillip Island Visitor Information Centre, Saturday June 27, 10am-12pm. Entry is free.
