Yvonne Morgan from Phillip Island is a dedicated member of the island’s Health Hub Auxiliary, who has experienced the care firsthand. She met Premier Daniel Andrews when he visited the new Wonthaggi Emergency department, along with Jordan Crugnale (MP for Bass) and Mary-Anne Thomas (Minister for Health).
