Emporium permit refused

Following months of controversy and threats of legal action, planning permit has been refused.

Emporium permit refused
The owner of the Aussie Outdoor Emporium was told in April last year he had 60 days to remove "all goods and materials associated with the operation of a 'retail premises'", or else face fines. Following council direction, signs were removed from the site.
