Southern Blue Gum proposed to be removed in Ventnor. Councillors voted against the removal, with one saying “our community has told us protecting the natural environment is their number one priority. That’s our mandate. Let’s listen. Let’s act. And let’s stop the quiet destruction of our shire’s vegetation before it’s too late.”
