First home buyers’ masterclass coming to the island!

Local aspiring homeowners are invited to attend a free First Home Buyers Seminar on Wednesday March 25, from 7pm to 9pm, at the Phillip Island Visitor Information Centre in Newhaven.

Designed to guide first-time buyers through the often-overwhelming process of purchasing property, the seminar will bring together trusted local industry professionals to share practical strategies and expert insight.

Leading the discussion will be Joe, Mortgage Broker from Yellow Brick Road Home Loans Phillip Island, who will explain finance options, borrowing capacity, government incentives and how to prepare for loan approval.

Joining him will be Michael from First National Real Estate, who will provide an overview of the local property market and tips for navigating the buying process, along with Jenny, conveyancer from Salt Law, who will outline contracts, legal requirements and what to expect at settlement.
