Criminal proceedings against former Newhaven College teacher Kirk Skinner continue.

Former teacher’s guilty plea
In October 2021, Mr Skinner was directed for trial at the Latrobe Valley County Court. Multiple suppression orders were lifted last week, after he was found not guilty at trial on two charges relating to assaults on children under 16.
