Residents next to “Airbnb party houses” can sleep soundly, with registrations for short stay accommodation launched this Friday.

From now on, no more badly behaved holiday tenants. Hopefully.
The new local law was introduced after Cr Ronnie Bauer said there were increasing complaints by permanent residents who live next to “Airbnb party houses”. Short term rental accommodation is now required to have a waste management plan where guests are educated about the three bin system.
