Future sports hub land to be rezoned

The land set aside for Cowes' proposed sporting hub will be rezoned, the next step in implementing the Phillip Island Recreation Reserve Master Plan.

Cr Tim O'Brien explained that because the proposed Phillip Island Recreation Reserve was further along than previously expected, the planning scheme amendment had happened earlier than initially intended.
