The Reserves finished their season in style with a 58-point win, holding Inverloch to just one goal for the match.
Phillip Island 10.7 (67) defeated Inverloch 1.3 (9), thanks to relentless defensive pressure and a tireless midfield effort.
Mikka Paulsen led the way, supported by Darcy Thompson, Joel Galvin, Travis Woodfield, Oliver Hibbert and Alexander Officer.
Up forward, Brady Ross kicked four, Woodfield three and Lucas Chihotski two.
They now meet Inverloch again in a sudden-death final on Sunday, August 31 at Bass Recreation Reserve, looking to replicate their dominance.
