The new study at Ventnor includes the land at 34 Bingley Crescent – whose owners want it to be included in Ventnor’s town boundary. A decade ago Miley Cyrus tweeted to her 2.5 million followers, opposing the subdivision of the land: “Phillip Island is such a magical place, it would be a shame to see it change,” the tweet said.
