A skilful Nar Nar Goon delivered the girls their first loss for the season and showed themselves to be the team to beat this season.
Aisha led the goaling with a strong performance in the ring and driving through the mid court.
Olivia and Ellie stepping into C provided height and agility in the mid court and good ball movement with Jasira.
Matilda applied pressure in the defensive end in a hard contest against a strong shooting combination for Nar Nar Goon.
The team never let the game get away too far and will take away lessons from the loss heading into next week’s game against Koo Wee Rup.
