Island netballers face tough competition from Dalyston - Under 15s

A strong team performance against a quality Dalyston side who are sitting in the top four teams at this point in the season.

It was a great test for the team to put together a solid four quarters and fight for a win off the back of a few easier games.

The strong mid-court of Ellie Hennessy, Piper O’Brien and Jasira Derham ensured the team were able to capitalise and convert the defensive wins by a powerhouse defensive combo of Ruby Mewitt, Olivia Holmes and Matilda Trew.

Aisha Hibbert and Mia Hughes were in form, rarely missing their goals and between them had some impressive passages of play to get the ball to the ring.
