The Phillip Island Business Network (PIBN) is an incorporated body that supports 83 businesses (large and small) on Phillip Island and surrounds. Its committee is represented by the participating business owners and operators from various industries who work together. PIBN aims to promote business interaction, marketing opportunities, communication and networking for its members, and provide education and training. PIBN’s Jo Dixon (pictured) said her group also works with PICAL to provide opportunities for employment, identify gaps in the employment market, and to support prospective employees to be job ready for when an opportunity arises.
