Public Question Time (PQT) at Bass Coast Shire Council meetings is a long held right for our community

Under proposed changes to be made to Bass Coast Shire Council's draft governance rules people must be addressed respectfully in council meetings and question time will be for a maximum of 30 minutes. Meanwhile, a separate report states there was an increase in voter turnout at last year's council elections.
