
Following on from the fatal drowning of four people at Forrest Caves last month, three people were pulled from the surf at Kilcunda this afternoon (February 4).
Ambulance Victoria confirmed a teenage girl and a primary school aged girl have been taken to Wonthaggi Hospital in a stable condition for further assessment.
A man in his 40s has been taken by Air Ambulance to the Alfred Hospital - in a serious but stable condition.
Police, lifesavers and SES crews were in attendance. It's believed local surfers helped get the three to safety.
