Massive San Remo shed permit refused at VCAT
Bass Coast Shire Council's decision to refuse a planning permit for a 208-square metre shed on Shetland Heights Road, San Remo, has been upheld by VCAT who ruled the development would "dominate rather than sit within the landscape".
