Myli Library is celebrating International Women’s Day on March 10th
At Myli, we are passionate about celebrating women's achievements and empowering young women to thrive. As part of our International Women’s Day Celebrations, we are inviting girls from the local schools to celebrate two successful women from our community, Deb Leonard and Hannah Eisen.
There will be discussion about women’s achievements and thriving in traditionally male dominated spaces: from construction, to law, to politics, to surfing and study choices. Hannah and Deb are both passionate and proud about their roles in paving the way for women in male dominated spheres of work and play. It will be an opportunity for students and their teachers to ask questions, to eat food and celebrate.
We trust that the inspiration gained from the morning will serve your students to go back to school to share with their student community and kick their own goals and change the world.
