A Cowes father-of-three has started a Phillip Island Dad’s group to help men with mental health.

Sean Bremner, with his children Jayden (12), Eleanor (4) and Amy-Jane (10), has experienced significant tragedy, and has started a Phillip Island Dads group which already has 120 members. “It’s also ok to admit you’re not ok,” he said.
