Ratepayers vent anger at the latest Bass Coast Shire Council rates bills.

New vacant land rates hit hard
In February a Surf Beach ratepayer removed an old house from their land - returning rubbish bins to the council, as rubbish collection ceased. In July they signed contracts for a new build, which started this month, but have been hit with new vacant land price hike.
