Newhaven Primary School came together for Harmony Day celebrations last month.

Grade 6 students planned, organised and ran activities for the rest of the school and did an amazing job (with the assistance of Mrs Kimber.)

Students ran a variety of activities that classes rotated through to try them all, including obstacle courses, egg and spoon races, sack races, parachute games, skipping, soccer drills, tag games and a bucket challenge.

The Grade 6 students said they wanted to encourage inclusivity, kindness and teamwork in their events, and everyone wore orange for the day.
