This 2023 draft concept plan for an upgrade of the Newhaven boat ramp, proposed to dredge to create better access for boaters at a range of tides, with works including an extension to the seawall and rock revetment, alongside a third boat ramp lane, ramp extension and pontoon. The plans are yet to be funded.
