Bass Coast Boxing raised more than $700 for Phillip Island charity Free 3D Hands.
The boxing business last week held a community open day, with all the funds from a barbecue donated to the charity, with ingredients donated by local businesses.
Free 3D Hands founder Mat Bowtell said the event was “an amazing act of kindness”, with the funds to be used to buy materials to make 50 of our new Kinetic Arms.
“That is 50 lives that will be changed as a result of their generosity,” Mat said.
“We are very grateful for the support. We truly do live in an amazing community.”
