
Council approved the redesign for 85 Thompson Avenue, next to the cultural centre, and now VCAT has ruled against objectors in the developer’s favour. The redesign is four-storeys with a roof terrace and 17.1 metres high at the peak – above the shire’s preferred 11 metres – with a waiver of 29 car spaces.
