Twenty-nine new citizens were welcomed at a Bass Coast Shire Council Citizenship Ceremony in Wonthaggi last week. Attended by Deputy Mayor, Cr Brett Tessari and other councillors, the new citizens came from 19 different countries, including Canada, Thailand, New Zealand, Brazil, Mexico, Myanmar, Germany, Sweden and Chinda.
