1 min read

Phillip Island Business Network has welcomed a new marketing and administration officer Kelsey McFadzean.

Kelsey takes over the role from Jessica Jason who made an exceptional contribution to the network over the past two years.

"Her dedication and hard work have ensured the continued growth and strengthening of PIBN," said President Jess Patman.

"Jessica has done an amazing job, seamlessly stepping into the role after moving to Phillip Island with her family. She excelled at planning all our fantastic social, networking, and educational events, connecting with members, and giving the behind-the-scenes operations a much-needed facelift.

"Her enthusiasm and tireless efforts have greatly benefited our organisation.

"On behalf of the entire network Jessica, we would like to extend our warmest thanks for your valuable contributions. We appreciate all your dedication and professionalism, which have played a vital role in our success. We look forward to your continued involvement."

Taking over, Kelsey McFadzean will bring a wealth of experience to the role.

"Kelsey grew up on Phillip Island and worked at various marketing roles within the Grand Prix Circuit, before leaving the island to work in a corporate marketing role with Mercedes-Benz," Jess said.

"Kelsey is looking forward to coming home and has exciting plans to do some freelance marketing whilst working with PIBN.

"Her enthusiasm and previous experience, combined with her local knowledge of the island will make her an asset to the network. We are excited to see the innovative ideas and fresh perspectives that Kelsey will contribute."

PIBN is hosting the Business for Good event at the North Pier on April 24, where it will also farewell Jess and welcome Kelsey.
