Westernport Water is committed to putting the interests of customers first.
From October 1, 2025, customers will have the opportunity to provide feedback via the Annual Westernport Water Customer Satisfaction Survey.
By taking part in the survey, customers will enter the draw to win $100 off their next bill. Westernport Water is giving 10 bill credits away to say thank you for sharing feedback.
The survey forms part of a larger customer satisfaction study across seven participating water corporations, including South Gippsland, Gippsland, East Gippsland, Goulburn Valley, Central Highlands and Coliban Water.
Westernport Water's Managing Director, Dona Tantirimudalige said customer feedback is invaluable and helps them to continually enhance the water and sewerage services it provides to the community.
"For over a decade, we've partnered with fellow regional water corporations to conduct an annual survey to understand customer thoughts on our products and services.
"By joining forces, we can undertake customer research services more efficiently and deliver better outcomes for our customers and communities," she said.
"Your feedback helps guide decisions on water services, planning, and investment to meet community needs now and into the future."
A random sample of customers will receive an email and be asked to complete a short survey. If you didn't receive an email, the survey is also available on our website until October 22.
